By downloading or using SubLedger ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by NYRAI LLC.
NYRAI LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, per the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
SubLedger helps you record and track subscriptions. It does not connect to your vendors, banks, or payment methods in this version, and it does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf — it shows you the steps and links to the vendor's own cancel page. You are responsible for actually cancelling and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Vendor cancel URLs and steps are provided as best-effort references and may change.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NYRAI LLC is not liable for any charges you incur, any subscription you fail to cancel, or any loss arising from use of the App.
Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for your own backups. See our Privacy Policy.
